Here is all you'll need...
Two pieces of hardwood (I used oak) 14" x 7 1/4" x 3/4" and 14" x 1 1/4" x 3/4"
Two small pieces of plywood 2 3/8" x 1 7/8" x 3/16" and 7 1/4" x 2 1/4" x 3/16"
5 short screws (1 5/8")
